What is the difference between Spirituality and Religion?

Spirituality is for those who question the knowledge, and Religion is for those who obey blindly without questioning anything. For questioning brings about fear in the individual that they might discover that something is broken. Spirituality is freedom to fly, to expand, to explore and discover new unknowns, to release fear and become one with the Creator. Religion on the other hand demands walking, absorbing knowledge without questioning, acknowledging the separateness between the individual and the Creator.
