1. Maintain a proper weight. Get your weight under control and remain lean and fit for the rest of your life.
2. Maintain a proper diet. Eat better foods and smaller portions. Eat more lean proteins, fruits and vegetables. Eliminate sugars and white flour products.
3. Maintain proper excercise. Walk for 30 to 60 minutes, 3 to 5 days per week. Start with one health habit, follow it through until it is firmly entrenched (via bt).
