A lot of us see time as a horizontal dimension. If you had to draw a time line how would you draw it: from left to right? Well it turns out that most people would. But the truth is time is better depicted as a vertical-take the timeline and flip it 90 degrees and you get a more accurate representation of time. The major insight from this paradigm shift is that - everything is happening NOW. There is no yesterday, today and tomorrow. I mean when does yesterday or tomorrow start? No one has ever lived in those days - a human can only live in the NOW or TODAY. The other 'days' are a figment of our imagination - a creation to keep us locked in a 'time-warp' so as not to master the NOW, but be trapped in past experiences or future promises that give us hope. LIFE HAPPENS IN THE NOW.
