Work with What Works (WWW)

At times as people we ponder too much on what actions to take instead of going with whatever works. THIS is especially true in cases where a committee needs to decide on the course of action. My suggestion is: let the leader paint the picture of the destination, and then we follow him on the route that he takes-that simple.
