Youth Development System

For any country to be successful at anything or field it has to start with its youth. It has to have a long term view and long term plan. That seed has to be planted at a young age. The talented youth have to be identified and nurtured at an early age. It is never a case of overnight success - which in actual fact is a myth. These young persons have to be coached and directed and practise rigorously from when they are young.
