Simplicity and efficiency

RISC:reduced instruction set computing - is an approach to computing that stresses simplicity and efficiency (and affordability). Imagine taking this approach to all of life - where business simplifies things and is made in such a way that everything runs efficiently. After looking at these two parameters then affordability is taken into account. This is different from the current approach of looking at the money first and then looking at the simplicity and efficiency.
