Behind every successful man, there's a strong woman. The hypothesis goes, if you teach 10 girls in South Africa and empower them with life skills and academic skills then you will start a chain reaction that will change this country for the better. At the same time, you teach young boys to respect girls or women in general. In this way, the boys will copy what the girls do in order to impress them. Men have always done what will catch a woman's attention. And so if you teach girls to value education and concrete values over material things then eventually the men will follow suit.

This whole chain reaction can be started by empowering 10 girls and only ask of them to empower other 10 people in future, and so on.
