What would it take to build a modern financial institution to serve the masses?

1. The institution would have to be low cost and affordable
2. It would have to address the true and authentic needs of the masses
3. It would have to somehow use and integrate cellphone technology as the cornerstone of its offerings
4. It would have to copy a solution that is already being used by the masses to access credit among each other
5. It would have to be well-funded and its strategy be long-term in nature
