Talent alone is not enough

It is in MOGVL's DNA that Talent alone is not enough. That it is Talent married with Networking, married with true Grit that yields us the result that makes our hearts sing. And nowhere is that more true than in this post-BEE era. And a lot of folks in this post-BEE era are rushing in and they are looking at every business opportunity as if it is another Tender. The Tendering and the Work are done by different companies. And they are talking about entitlement and favours just like they did in the BEE era. Our experience and every bone in our body says that this is not the right approach to business. This is the post-BEE era and it needs to be even easier to do business than in the BEE era. It needs to be even more intuitive than before to do business. That said, Talent and Networking and true Grit need to intertwine in an even more seamless way to deliver business opportunities for everyone. And we think we are on the right track with this. We think we have the right platform not just in the Technology, but in the Organization to deliver business opportunities.
