Talent alone is not enough

It is in MOGVL’s DNA that Talent alone is not enough. That it is Talent married with Networking, married with true Grit that yields us the result that makes our hearts sing. And nowhere is that more true than in this era of opportunities. And a lot of folks in this era are rushing in blind without a network of support and they are looking at every business opportunity as if it is only hardwork that pays off. Our experience and every bone in our body says that this is not the right approach to business or changing the world. This is the era of opportunities and it needs to be even easier to do business for everyone than in the past. It needs to be even more intuitive than before to do business. That said, Talent and Networking and true Grit need to intertwine in an even more seamless way to deliver business opportunities for everyone. And we think we are on the right track with this. We think we have the right platform not just in the Technology, but in the Organization to deliver business opportunities, and a chance to make a positive impact in our world.
